In this video, Bob doesn’t just teach you just one thing…but three.
As always, I’ve added my thoughts and success shortcut below the video.
Scott’s Success Shortcut
Here’s how to get the most from the If I Could Only Teach You One Thing video.
1 – You Need To Be Focused: Pick one thing and concentrate your efforts on that. If you scan your way through all your challenges and goals, nothing will get done.
2 – Your Thoughts Dictate Your Level Of Success: The way you think, determines the state of mind you’re in, which therefore determines what actions you’ll take, which of course determines the results you get. It all starts with what’s in your mind.
3 – Don’t Delay Taking Action On What You Want: If you’re waiting for something to happen before you take action, it’ll never happen. You’re suffering from the “if…then” syndrome. Get it started and do it to the best of your ability from where you are now.
Step 1: Select a goal or task you want to achieve and figure out what is the first step you need to take to get yourself started.
Step 2: Use the Get Motivated…And Stay That Way video to make sure you stay on the road to success now you’ve begun.
In this video, Brian breaks down 5 steps to self motivation that will get you fired up and will help keep you going until you succeed.
As always, I’ve added my thoughts below the video.
Scott’s Success Shortcut
Here’s how to get the most from the 5 steps to self motivation video.
1 – Clear Written Goals: You must have a target. When you do ANYTHING, make sure you know your chosen outcome.
2 – Standards and Measures: Stop every now and then to see if what you’re doing is actually working.
3 – Success Experiences: The more you achieve goals, the more successful you feel. Setting small goals and achieving them gets you into the success habit.
4 – Acknowledgement: It’s always nice to have the praise of others. But if nobody else is doing it, make sure you give yourself a pat on the back.
5 – Rewards: Material things and money are the most popular and well received rewards. It doesn’t need to be from someone else, reward yourself. Remember to figure out what rewards you’ll give yourself when you initially set your goal.
Step 1: Select a goal or task you want to achieve and figure out what reward you’ll give yourself when you achieve it.
Step 2: Use the Roadblock Destroyer method to make sure you stay on track when you face problems.
Okay, so this may not have all the hype and “guru factor” of a big time launch, but I feel like I’ve worked as hard, if not harder than these guys do with their launches. Plus, I didn’t outsource a thing. 🙂
Drumroll please…Ladies and gentleman, may I present to you…
I suppose I should mention that you can get a whole bunch of stuff from other people free as well. This is one of the biggest giveaways there’s been for a while, and I thought I’d let you know about it.
It also means that I can now put a tick in the “I must get round to doing one of those giveaway things sometime” box.
